Cancellation Policy
We understand that things happen and you may need to cancel last minute…hey, we’ve all been there!! With that being said all clients are allowed ONE free pass without a cancellation charge. Any appointments thereafter cancelled within the 48 hour window the client will be held responsible for a 40% cancellation fee for the scheduled appointment. No call no show guest will be responsible for 100% of the appointment cost. Guest who are 15 minutes late will be asked to reschedule so that guest booked after you can start their appointment on time. Thank you for understanding
